Inside Sales Specialist

The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, email outreach, digital prospecting, and relationship building.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, with exposure to selling SaaS, ERP, logistics, technology, or business solutions. The candidate should be comfortable speaking with decision-makers, understanding customer requirements, presenting solutions, handling objections, and converting prospects into qualified opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
• Strong experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Proven experience in lead generation and lead qualification.
• Experience handling B2B and/or B2C sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to identify customer pain points and position appropriate solutions.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Highly target-oriented and comfortable working with sales KPIs.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales/lead-generation tools.
• Ability to independently research prospects and build a sales pipeline.
