As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist who can take ownership of incoming leads, understand customer requirements, and convert conversations into meaningful sales opportunities.

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing leads across different channels, understanding customer needs, presenting the right wellness solutions, and taking prospects through the sales journey.

This role requires someone who is confident on calls, excellent at follow-ups, comfortable speaking with premium customers, and has a consultative approach to selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and project needs.
• Present and explain Iconiq Wellness products and solutions to potential customers.
• Follow up consistently with leads and move them through the sales funnel.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
• Schedule product consultations, site visits, and meetings wherever required.
• Coordinate with the sales and project teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Prepare and share quotations and product information with customers.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the Iconiq Wellness portfolio.
• Track daily calls, follow-ups, conversions, and pipeline movement.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on Iconiq Wellness products, features, pricing, and industry trends.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, business development, or a similar customer-facing sales role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• A proactive approach towards follow-ups and lead conversion.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Comfortable speaking with premium customers and handling high-value enquiries.
• Strong attention to detail and good CRM/lead management skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Good proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Experience in luxury, premium lifestyle, real estate, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or high-value products will be an advantage.
