Inside Sales Specialist

Role & responsibilities

Delhivery is India's leading supply chain services company, providing a full suite of logistics services (express parcel transportation, LTL/FTL freight, reverse logistics, cross-border, warehousing, and technology services).Job Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the complete sales cycle from initial engagement and understanding customer needs to deal closure.
• Demonstrations: Perform tailored online product and dashboard demonstrations for prospects.
• Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Account Expansion & Onboarding: Research accounts, expand prospect databases, train clients, coordinate with internal teams, and grow clients during their initial activation phase.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year+ in Inside Sales or Business Development.
• Skills: Comfortable with cold calling, proficient in corporate productivity and web presentation tools, strong communication, listening, negotiation, and time management skills.
• Preferred: Degree in Business Management, experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce.com), or prior experience in logistics/supply chain
