Role Description The International Sales Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for expanding FcC's presence in global markets and driving enrollment in its online learning programs. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying international prospects, conducting virtual sales meetings and presentations, and managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing. The specialist will maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers, respond promptly to inquiries, and provide tailored recommendations based on learners needs. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine sales strategies, tracking performance against targets, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. Ongoing market research and participation in online events or webinars may be required to support brand visibility and growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in International Sales and International Business, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in global markets.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to build trust, handle objections, and support families through the decision-making process.
• Knowledge of International Trade practices and familiarity with cross-border regulations, pricing considerations, and cultural nuances in sales.
• Comfort with remote work tools and digital platforms, including CRM systems, video conferencing, and online collaboration tools.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Analytical and organizational skills to manage pipelines, prepare sales reports, and prioritize opportunities effectively.
• Previous experience in education, edtech, or services targeting children and families is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
