Inside Sales Specialist

Company Description Prorata is India's first fractional car ownership platform, enabling individuals to co-own premium cars by purchasing a portion of the vehicle's total cost for leisure and lifestyle use.

Role Description This isn't a typical sales role. We're looking for someone who's genuinely ready to build something.

You'll be talking to potential customers, understanding what they're looking for, explaining Prorata's fractional car ownership model, and turning interest into ownership.

We're looking for someone who is confident, curious and eager to grow.

You should:

• Have experience in inside sales, lead conversion or B2C sales.
• Be comfortable speaking to customers and having sales conversations.
• Know how to qualify leads, follow up and close.
• Communicate clearly in English, Hindi & Punjabi
• Be comfortable working with CRM tools and basic software.
• Be comfortable in a fast-moving startup where things can change quickly.

What matters most

Sales experience of 1-2 years. Hunger, ownership and attitude matter more.

You don't have to be the person who knows everything on Day 1.

You do need to be someone who learns fast, takes ownership, asks good questions and wants to get better every day.
