 Experience: 3 – 10 Years Job Brief: The ideal candidate would be responsible for business development and sales of Calsoft's outsourced Product development services. Should be responsible for lead generation, Cold calling, and Campaign management to generate qualified leads. Job Requirements:

 Experience working in Software Services companies, preferably in Product Engineering Services Companies.  Responsible for talking to the decision makers in North America & India and generating quality leads.

 Develop healthy pipeline and opportunities by cold and warm calls and drive them towards closure.

 Market research, campaign management and lead generation within offered IT Services from assigned geography.

 Responsible for account mapping.

 Arrange meetings with clients

 Plan initiatives to reach the target through appropriate channels.

 Regular follow up with prospects to ensure future course of action.

 Working closely with onsite sales team ensuring proper co-ordination between the client and delivery team.

 Prepare & send daily report to the management team.

 Document lead generation activities and organizational info in CRM to generate progress reports.

 Energetic, competent & result oriented professional

 Excellent negotiation and inter-personal skills with demonstrated history in over achieving the targets.
