Inside Sales Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through online research, business directories, referrals, and other channels.
• Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and identify sales opportunities.
• Conduct outbound calls, email follow-ups, and regular prospect engagement.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to customer acquisition and closure.
• Present and recommend relevant Cloud, SaaS, and productivity solutions based on customer requirements.
• Handle customer objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate lead, prospect, and customer information in Salesforce/CRM/Excel.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to develop appropriate sales approaches.

Preferred candidate profile

• 0-4 years of experience in Inside Sales / IT Sales / B2B Sales / SaaS Sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong in lead generation, outbound calling, follow-ups, objection handling, and sales closure.
• Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Experience with CRM/Salesforce/Excel preferred.
• Basic understanding of Cloud/IT solutions such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365 is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable handling global clients.
