Inside Sales Specialist

Bachelors degree in mechanical or Diploma Mechanical required.

• Degree in Business Administration or related field is beneficial.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment is essential.
• Ability to read, interpret and extract applicable technical details from drawings and understand and communicate technical specifications is required.
• Exceptional organizational and detail-orientation skills to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information that impacts company profitability, including manufacturing and pricing accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Proficient using ERP systems and CRM software for RFQ, quote, order entry, research, and information management.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English; additional language skills may be required based on assigned region.
• Ability and willingness to maintain knowledge of company products, applications, markets, and customer base.
