Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and research.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and healthcare organizations.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements.
• Explain the company's AI-powered teleradiology solutions.
• Manage sales leads and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 1-6 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, or Business Development.
• Strong experience in cold calling and lead generation.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Experience in B2B sales or client acquisition.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software.
• Healthcare or technology sales experience preferred.
• Bengali communication skills are an added advantage.
