Inside Sales Representative

We're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to identify potential customers, build relationships, and convert leads into sales. The role involves communicating with prospects by phone, email, and other channels, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process.

• Contact prospective and existing customers by phone, email, and other channels.
• Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable products or services.
• Deliver product presentations and prepare quotations or proposals.
• Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and activity goals.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM.
• Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and other teams to support customers.
• Keep up to date with product offerings, pricing, and market developments.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused, persuasive, and comfortable handling objections.
• Organized, resilient, and able to manage multiple leads.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic office applications is an advantage.
