Inside Sales Representative

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in Performance / Growth Marketing.
• Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong knowledge of paid media campaign strategy and optimisation.
• Experience with lead generation and full-funnel acquisition.
• Strong understanding of GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution.
• Experience analysing ROI, ROAS, CAC, CPL, and conversion metrics.
• Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget optimisation.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills.
• Good understanding of SEO and SEM fundamentals.
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Information:

• Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
• This position is open PAN India.
• Candidates with only traditional sales experience and no hands-on performance marketing experience may not be relevant.
• 15 years of full-time education is required.
