Inside Sales Representative

Role & responsibilities

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Cold calling prospects that are generated by external sources of lead. • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process. • Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Account Managers to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
• Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Account Managers where appropriate.
• Maintain and expand the companys database of prospects.
• Ensure follow-up by passing leads to Account Managers with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, and so on

Job Requirements:

• We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
• Proven inside sales experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduates/post graduates from a recognized university
• Minimum 6 months of experience
