Role Overview

We are looking for a result driven Inside Sales Representative with experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound activities.
• Identify and research potential prospects and decision-makers.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
• Schedule meetings and support the sales team in creating new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate prospect and outreach records.

Good to Have

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or sales development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable with cold calling and cold outreach.
• Experience in software products, SaaS, IT services, or technology is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup, with preference for candidates based in Delhi NCR.
• Hands-on experience with or familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
• Experience with prospecting and lead research tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other standard business communication tools.
• Basic familiarity with sales automation and AI tools used for prospect research, personalization, and outreach.
