Inside Sales Representative

Role & responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting via phone, cold calling, and email outreach to target accounts.
• Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable product/service solutions.
• Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives / Field Sales Managers.
• Maintain clean customer and lead data in the CRM
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly target quotas (SQLs, meetings booked, revenue).

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 14 years in inside sales, business development, or telecalling (B2B ).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Tools: Proficiency in CRM software & sales intelligence tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).

• Skills: Strong phone presence, active listening, negotiation, and objection-handling capabilities.
