Assist customers in onboarding, adopting and expanding their usage of products.

Summary:
As an Inside Sales Representative, a typical day involves engaging with a predefined list of client and potential client decision makers using a consistent messaging approach to identify and qualify new business opportunities. The role includes initiating contact with prospects, nurturing leads through various stages of the sales process, and working diligently to close deals. Additionally, the position requires supporting customers during their onboarding phase, helping them adopt products effectively, and encouraging the expansion of product usage to maximize value. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and customer satisfaction is also a key part of daily activities.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales strategies.

Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.

Experience in using customer relationship management tools to track and manage sales pipelines.

Capability to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions that align with business objectives.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address challenges and provide effective resolutions.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in B2B/B2C Sales.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
