Role Overview
As part of our remote sales team, you will drive B2B sales, client acquisition and revenue growth by selling:
- Franchise consulting and expansion solutions
- Media, advertising and franchise marketing services
- Lead generation and business growth campaigns
You will manage the complete sales cycle, engage with founders, CXOs and business owners, and build long-term business relationships — all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads through cold calling, LinkedIn and digital outreach
- Manage the sales pipeline, CRM and revenue targets
- Drive consulting, advertising and franchise solutions sales
- Build relationships with decision-makers and business owners
- Manage key accounts and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales objectives

Who Should Apply
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, inside sales, consulting or advertising sales
- Strong communication, negotiation and deal-closing abilities
- Experience selling to decision-makers, founders or business owners
- A target-driven mindset with a passion for revenue growth
- Proficiency in English and Hindi, along with relevant regional languages based on the assigned territory
- Self-disciplined professionals who can manage targets, productivity and client relationships in a remote work environment
Compensation & Career Growth
- Inside Sales Manager: 12 LPA CTC
- Assistant Manager: 9 LPA CTC
- Sales Executive: 6 LPA CTC
Salary Structure: 60% Fixed + 40% Variable Incentives
Uncapped incentive potential
Performance-based salary revision eligibility after successful completion of the six-month probation period
