Role: Inside Sales Manager

HexaCorp is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to drive lead generation, client engagement, and revenue growth through proactive inside sales strategies. This role requires strong expertise in IT services and Microsoft technology stack, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships and enabling digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, emails, and digital campaigns.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, ensuring consistent conversion to opportunities.
• Client Engagement: Conduct virtual meetings, demos, and presentations to showcase HexaCorps IT services and Microsoft solutions.
• Market Research & Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
• CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and provide regular sales performance reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of proven inside sales experience in IT services or technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technology stack (Licensing, Azure, Cloud, Modern Workplace).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
