Role Overview
We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team, drive conversions, and build a high-performing sales process. You will be responsible for team performance, pipeline management, coaching, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and motivate the inside sales team .
* Own monthly sales targets, conversions, and revenue .
* Track the complete sales funnel - lead → qualification → follow-up → visit/meeting .
* Monitor team performance, call quality, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene.
* Coach executives on sales techniques, objection handling, and closing.
* Identify funnel leakages and continuously improve sales processes.
* Work closely with Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion.
* Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and provide regular sales forecasts.
* Hire, onboard, and train new sales executives as the team grows.
What We're Looking For
* 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role.
* Prior experience managing or mentoring a sales team.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Highly target-driven and comfortable working with numbers.
* Strong ownership and ability to build processes from the ground up.
* Experience with CRM / sales reporting / Google Sheets is a plus.

Compensation
Location : Bangalore (HSR Layout)
Pay : 30-35k / month + performance incentives
