Inside Sales Manager

Location - Andheri, Mumbai (Onsite)

What to Expect from the Role

• Strategize and implement a robust sales pipeline for assigned products (one or two products as per business requirements).
• Measure daily, weekly, and monthly performance trends of team members and take corrective actions aligned with organisational expectations.
• Conduct daily team huddles to brief and motivate the team on overall and individual targets.
• Take ownership of training and quality for the sales team; provide training interventions and feedback in coordination with the Product team.
• Monitor self-performance while contributing to overall team performance, tracking key metrics such as conversion ratio, average revenue per lead, and average revenue per sale.
• Analyse and share regular feedback on customer behaviour, market demand, and competition with the Marketing team in consultation with senior sales members.
• Provide timely reports on critical issues and recommend effective solutions.
