About this role
Designation: Inside Sales Manager
We are looking for Fluent Kannada Speaker with Edtech Experience (Min 0-1 years). A self-motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Manager to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Managers will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.
What will you do
- Conversion of leads received from various marketing channels
- Generate revenue by developing, maintaining customer relationships and positioning our training programs
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned geographies
Ideal Candidate should have: - Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Strong Interpersonal and Negotiation skills
- Positive attitude.
- Graduate in any discipline
- Fluency in Kannada Language
Additional Information - Job Location: Bangalore -HSR (Work From Office)
- Work Days: Mon- Sat
- Working Hours: 10 AM to 7.30 PM Additional Benefits
