The Knowledge Academy, a world-renowned provider of professional training across 190+ countries, is looking for a Senior Inside Sales Manager to join our dynamic Team.

Since 2009, The Knowledge Academy has delivered award-winning training solutions across project management, IT, business analysis, leadership, marketing, and more—partnering with giants like Microsoft, AXELOS, APMG, and PeopleCert.

What You'll Do:

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across diverse training portfolios.
• Drive new customer acquisition while nurturing existing relationships.
• Deliver excellent pre-sales support and maintain high communication standards.
• Stay sharp with market, competitor, and industry insights to stay ahead.
• Travel internationally for management meetings, client engagements, and upskilling programs.

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ months of sales experience (EdTech or tech-based services preferred)
• Strong background in Inside Sales
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional communication skills in English (neutral accent)
• Smart, energetic, and commercially astute personality
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
• Flexible, agile mindset and team-first attitude
• Professional demeanor and organizational skills are a must
