This is not cold calling. Every person you speak to has already raised their hand.

What you are selling

A recurring monthly subscription to a music education programme, at fixed published pricing. Buyers are parents choosing for their children, and adults who have wanted to play since childhood. It is a considered, emotional, often slow decision closed on trust and outcome, never on urgency or a discount.

You will have no authority to offer discounts. If holding a price under pressure is not something you enjoy, this is not the role.

Preferred candidate profile

What we are looking for

• 4+ years converting a real lead flow at volume dozens a day, not a hand-picked list. Be ready to quote your actual numbers
• Experience selling something recurring or considered education, admissions, edtech, subscriptions, memberships, coaching or insurance. Not one-shot transactional sales
• Evidenced CRM discipline. You can name the tool and describe how you decided who to call each morning
• Stamina for long follow-up chasing a quiet enquiry over weeks, with restraint, without dropping it
• Warmth with parents and adult learners. A consultative register, not an enterprise or hard-sell one
• Available in the early-morning IST window for overseas students
