Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Intern to support lead generation, prospect outreach, and sales activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and an interest in sales, customer engagement, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate sales leads.
• Contact prospects through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Follow up with leads and schedule client meetings.
• Understand customer requirements and share relevant information.
• Maintain lead records and update CRM databases.
• Assist the sales team in achieving business targets.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of sales and lead generation.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Confidence, initiative, and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, B.A., BMS, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Students and recent graduates can apply.
• Previous sales internships or customer-facing experience are an advantage.
