Inside Sales Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Reach out to prospective customers and introduce the company's products or services.
• Understand customer needs and communicate relevant solutions.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team, where required.
• Maintain and update lead information, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM or tracking sheets.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion and outreach strategies.
