Role Overview

Were looking for energetic and confident Inside Sales Interns who enjoy speaking with people, handling objections, and converting conversations into opportunities. Youll receive hands-on training, mentoring, and an opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and generate qualified leads.
• Present companies products clearly and handle customer objections.
• Qualify prospects and identify potential opportunities.
• Maintain accurate lead and call updates in the CRM.
• Work towards calling and conversion targets.
• Participate in daily reviews and continuously improve your sales pitch.

Who Can Apply

• Fresh graduates from the 2026/2027 batch.
• Any degree background.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, target-oriented attitude.
• Fluent in English + Tamil / Kannada / Hindi / Telugu.
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and handling rejection.
• Willing to work full-time from the Chennai office.
• Prior sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
