Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to insurance products.
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Process customer orders, handle complaints, and provide excellent customer service through phone conversations.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in B2C sales or telesales industry.
• Strong skills in cold calling, inbound sales, outbound calling, telecalling, and telemarketing.
• Ability to work on an inbound process with high accuracy and efficiency.
