Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates for the position of International Sales Executive. The role involves cold calling, lead generation, sales conversion, and managing relationships with NRI clients. Candidates must have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable working in a night-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential international and NRI clients.
• Generate leads, identify business opportunities, and convert prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI clients through regular follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through professional communication and timely follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
• Basic understanding of cold calling, sales, and client management is preferred.
• Prior experience in international sales, telecalling, or NRI client management will be an advantage.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts from the Gurugram office.
