Role: Sales Executive / Inside Sales Executive

Location: Gurgaon (Sector 20)

Workweek: Mon to Sat

Overview:

We are looking for a target-driven Inside Sales Executive with 2–3 years of tele-sales experience to convert abandoned carts into successful orders through customer calling, follow-ups, and effective objection handling. The role requires strong communication skills, high calling productivity, and a focus on achieving sales conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities & KRAs:

• Call customers who have added products to their cart but have not completed their purchase.
• Understand customer concerns, address queries, and encourage them to complete their orders.
• Drive sales conversions through effective communication, follow-ups, and convincing skills.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets assigned by the company.
• Make 120–150 calls per day and maintain consistent calling productivity.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in tele-sales / telecalling.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• A target-driven mindset with a strong focus on sales conversion.
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.

This is a target-based role where performance will be measured by sales conversions and achievement of monthly targets.
