Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for confident and motivated individuals to join our Australian B2C voice process. The role involves making outbound calls to customers in Australia, communicating with them professionally, understanding their requirements, and scheduling qualified appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers in Australia.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Generate qualified appointments creating customer interest.
• Maintain good call quality and customer interaction standards.
• Work towards individual and process targets.

Timings – 5:30 am to 2:30 pm

Location – BTM 2^nd Stage

NO cab facility

2+ years of experience in an International BPO / Voice Process

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Previous experience handling international customers.
• Experience with outbound calling.
• Sales, telesales or lead-generation experience will be an advantage.
• Confident, target-oriented and customer-focused.
• Ability to handle conversations professionally and build customer interest.
