Your mission
Turn inbound and outbound leads into qualified demos and faster closure of sales.
What you will do
Qualify fast: respond to leads from app sign-ups, the website, campaigns and the consultant funnel within 24 hours
Demos: book and run virtual product demos
Direct sales: close single-device and clinic sales
Hand-off: pass qualified enterprise leads to the Sales Lead
Cadence: maintain the CRM and follow-up sequences
What success looks like
Volume: 60 qualified demos per month
Conversion: demo-to-order conversion tracked weekly
Speed: lead response under 24 hours
What you bring
1–3 years in inside sales, healthcare or SaaS
Excellent English and Hindi
CRM-savvy and organised
Energetic, clear communicator
Compensation
70/30 fixed/variable
How we hire
Probation: 90 days, assessed against agreed KPIs
Variable pay: earned on collected revenue, not bookings
Proof: we ask for evidence of past closed deals at interview
