Job Summary
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, converting inquiries into sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound calls.
- Contact prospective customers and explain company products and offers.
- Convert leads into sales by understanding customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM.
- Coordinate with operations and customer support teams for seamless order processing.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare daily sales reports and follow-up trackers.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent sales and customer handling abilities.
- Experience in lead generation and inside sales.
- Ability to work with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales , Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
- Experience in FMCG, Dairy, Retail, D2C, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Goods will be preferred.
