Designation: Inside Sales Manager - (Hindi Fluency required)
We are looking for a self-motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Manager to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Managers will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

What will you do

• Conversion of leads received from various marketing channels.
• Generate revenue by developing, maintaining customer relationships and positioning our training programs.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies.
• Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
• Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned geographies

Ideal Candidate should have:

• Fluency in Hindi and English
• Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
• Strong Interpersonal and Negotiation skills
• Positive attitude.
• Graduate in any discipline
• Neutral Accent for Interacting with Global customer base

Additional Information

• Job Location: Bangalore - HSR (Work From Office)
• Work Days: Mon- Sat
• Working Hours: 10 AM to 7.30 PM
• Candidates are required to bring their own laptop and mobile phone. A SIM card will be provided by the company. Candidates will be reimbursed Rs.800 per month towards mobile and Laptop maintenance.
