We're Hiring: Inside Sales Executive (Tele-caller). We are looking for a talented and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Tele-caller, you will play a key role in driving business growth by engaging with potential customers and converting leads into sales opportunities, particularly for Zoho licenses and services.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Interact with prospective clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Lead Conversion: Convert leads into sales opportunities through effective telesales techniques.
- Product Sales: Promote and sell Zoho licenses and related services, explaining features, benefits, and use cases to clients.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team to support deal closures.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Good computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM tools
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Preference will be given to female candidates
