Inside Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Contact and handle prospective customers using company-provided leads.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable real estate projects and investment opportunities.
• Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp to generate sales conversions.
• Address customer queries, clarify doubts, and build strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate site visits and follow up with customers to encourage property bookings.
• Negotiate with prospective buyers and convert leads into successful deals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status regularly.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth deal closures.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Provide daily reports on customer interactions, follow-ups, site visits, and sales progress.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
• Candidates with prior experience in real estate or property sales will be preferred.
• Good communication skills in, Hindi,Telugu and English.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities.
• Experience in handling customer leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
• Customer-focused, self-motivated, and target-oriented individual.
• Ability to build customer relationships and handle queries professionally.
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward sales.
• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain customer records.
• Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
