The Impact You'll Make

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be the voice and energy behind our sales operations. What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential and existing customers.
• Provide detailed product information, pricing, and availability for cement products.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate records of interactions and sales.
• Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and trade events.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
