Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Upsell and upgrade insurance packages and wellness plans.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Convert potential leads into successful sales.
• Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide post-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Telecalling Sales.
• Experience in insurance or financial services sales is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Good persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and customer conversion.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and reporting.
• Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.

Preferred Candidates: Professionals with experience in insurance sales, health insurance sales, outbound telesales, or inside sales.
