Role Overview

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on engaging with parents, understanding their needs, and helping them access the right healthcare services at Hoola Health.

The ideal candidate will be confident in handling inquiries, following up with prospective customers, and communicating our services with clarity and empathy. You will work closely with our clinic and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience for families from their first interaction through appointment booking and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries and outbound calls to introduce Hoola Health's services to prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs, qualify leads, and guide families toward relevant pediatric healthcare services.
• Follow up consistently with leads and convert inquiries into appointments or service enrollments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information, follow-ups, and activities in the CRM.
• Clearly explain Hoola Health's services, address customer questions, and provide a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate closely with clinic, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
• Support sales and marketing campaigns by following up with relevant leads and sharing customer feedback.
• Identify common customer needs, questions, and concerns and communicate insights to the relevant teams.
• Work toward achieving individual and team sales targets.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in inside sales, telesales, lead generation, or customer-facing sales roles.
• Proven ability to convert inquiries and leads into appointments, enrollments, or sales.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage parents with empathy and clarity.
• A demonstrated track record of working toward and achieving sales targets.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and basic office software for lead management, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with clinic and cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, education, or other service-oriented sectors is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in sales, customer service, or customer relationship management are a plus.
• Fluency in English and local languages commonly spoken in Bengaluru is highly desirable.
