Inside Sales Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to handle leads received through digital platforms such as social media, website, WhatsApp, and email. The role involves responding to customer enquiries, understanding their requirements, following up regularly, maintaining customer information in CRM, and handing over qualified leads to the senior sales team for further discussion and closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound leads received through website, social media, WhatsApp, and email.

• Contact customers through calls, WhatsApp, chat, and video calls as required.

• Understand customer requirements and provide basic product information.

• Build good customer relationships through professional and friendly communication.

• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain engagement until the customer is ready to proceed.

• Identify genuine buying interest and qualify leads.

• Handover qualified leads to the senior sales team for further discussion and conversion.

• Maintain accurate customer details, follow-up status, and interactions in the CRM.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

• Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the enquiry process.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Customer Service, Retail Sales, or Lead Management.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable making customer calls and handling WhatsApp conversations.

• Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems, social media, and digital communication tools.

• Customer-focused, patient, and willing to learn.

• Retail or jewellery industry experience will be an added advantage.
