Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify corporate leads through cold calling, email, referrals, and online research.
• Identify decision-makers and understand corporate travel requirements.
• Conduct discovery calls and qualify prospects based on business needs.
• Schedule qualified meetings/appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and CRM records.
• Build professional relationships with prospective corporate clients.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling, lead generation, and appointment targets.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.

Requirements:

• 11.5 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in making outbound calls and interacting with corporate decision-makers.
• Strong follow-up, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM.
• Experience in corporate travel, travel industry, or B2B services is an advantage.
• Strong interest in building a long-term career in sales.
