To maintain store look and feel (Visual Merchandising) * Store VM as per SOP
and focus on store sales.
* Monthly target/acheivement-100%
Drive category wise sales of the store stock.
Marketing of store in local market.
Organizing event for increasing sales and data base
creation.
* Customer conversion
*Product measurement within 24hrs of
order placement
* Product delivery within 72hrs
* Review submission by customers
Strong customer service skills.
Product presentation to customers..
Quality interaction with consumers and conversion.
Product measurement and delivery at consumer place.
Organize store footfall drive activity.
Must participate in all Products and services training.
Behavioral skill training.
