Job Description
Role:- Sales Support Executive
Experience:- 2-5yrs
Location:- Mumbai, Andheri

Commercial Related Work

Preparing commercial proposals and pricing for: Data Centre Hosting, VM Services, Windows License,
Rental Services, Internet Services, Caas services etc.
Upgradation of Services, Firewall Renewals, NOC etc.,
Negotiations & closures
Preparing draft Purchase Orders (PO) and complete required documentation after order confirmation.
Coordinate with the Operations Team for order processing after receiving signed documents.
Keep Tracking for PO renewals
Handling service disconnection process, including documentation, Billing and internal coordination.

Agreement Related Work

Managing Data Centre Agreements / Rental Agreements & follow up till sign the contract
Coordinate internally for review and approvals.
Track and manage renewal of agreements before expiry.

Billing Related work

Prepare Sales Orders / Proforma Invoices after service delivery.
Prepare Monthly billing for additional Rack Power & Bandwidth usage
Maintain complete records and details in CMS (Comtel Master Sheet).
Maintain recurring billing tracker/sheet for all active customers.
Ensuring timely generation of invoices as per contract terms.
Addressing / Resolving billing related queries.
Manage payment follow-ups and coordinate with clients for collections.


What are Looking For:

Experience within the IT, Telecom, or Data Centre industry.
Strong coordination, negotiation, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ZOHO (Zoho CRM / Zoho Books) is a must
