Inside Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Proactively engage with potential customers through various channels including inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements, pain points, and preferences for electric vehicles.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions, offering tailored solutions that align with customer needs.
• Execute 200-250 outbound calls daily to qualify leads, nurture prospects, and drive sales conversions.
• Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and progression of leads through the sales funnel.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. o Ensure an engaging, seamless, and positive customer experience throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
• Handle post-sales support inquiries, addressing customer concerns and providing timely resolutions.
• Actively solicit and gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to effectively position Oben Electric's offerings.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 - 5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / B2C Sales / Customer Sales
• Experience in outbound calling, follow-ups and lead conversion
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable handling sales targets and daily call volumes
• Experience in CRM/lead management tools is preferred
