We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to support our sales team by preparing quotations, managing documentation, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with clients to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and share quotations with clients as per requirements
• Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and messages
• Maintain and update client data in Zoho CRM
• Manage sales-related documentation and records
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and service delivery
• Track leads and update sales status regularly
• Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction
• Support the sales team in achieving targets

Required Skills s Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 0-1 year experience in Inside Sales / Customer Support (preferred)
• Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred)
• Good communication skills (English C Hindi)
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
