Job Summary

BookMyForex is looking for a target oriented Inside Sales Executive to handle customer

enquiries, recommend suitable Forex products and drive sales through effective

communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through calls and emails who have already

expressed interest in Forex products.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Forex products and

services.

• Manage the complete customer journey, from enquiry to transaction.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling of relevant Forex products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team revenue.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and deliver positive customer

experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in sales.
• Experience in financial services, fintech or e-commerce will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and drive upselling and cross-selling.
• Self-motivated, energetic and target oriented.

• Good multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
