Inside Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels to understand their holiday requirements.
• Recommend and sell cruise holiday packages based on customer preferences, budget, and travel plans.
• Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings while achieving individual sales targets.
• Provide detailed information on cruise itineraries, destinations, onboard experiences, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales cycle to ensure timely conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and booking details in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth and exceptional customer experience.
• Stay updated on cruise products, travel trends, and industry developments to effectively advise customers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Location: Cochin
• Maximum CTC: Up to 6.8 LPA
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Weekly Offs: 2 rotational offs
• Shift: Day shifts only (9-hour shift including a 1-hour break, roster between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM)
