Inside Sales Executive

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, qualifying potential prospects, and supporting revenue growth through proactive client outreach and relationship building. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting relevant service solutions, and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline. The incumbent will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives, maintain CRM records, and contribute towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Responsibility:  

1. Lead Generation & Qualification:

• Identify potential clients through market research and outbound calls/emails. 
• Qualify leads based on business needs and requirements. 

    2. Sales & Relationship Management:

• Engage with leads, understand their pain points, and present suitable solutions. 
• Follow up consistently to nurture leads and convert them into customers. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business. 

    3. Product & Market Knowledge:

• Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends. 
• Effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions. 

   4. Sales Coordination & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline updates in the CRM. 
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimise sales strategies. 
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. 

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication and negotiation skills. 
• Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively. 
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting. 
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
