Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Conduct inside sales and lead generation activities

ldentify and connect with potential clients

Support sales and marketing campaigns

Assist with IT recruitment and staffing business

development

Participate in event management, exhibitions, and

business events

Conduct market research and identify new business

opportunities

Maintain relationships with prospective and existing

clients

Support the team in achieving sales and marketing

objectives

What We're Looking For

Freshers or candidates with 0-4 year of experience Basic knowledge of IT Recruitment, IT Staffing, or IT Solutions is preferred

Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong interest in Sales, Marketing & Business Development

Confident and comfortable communicating with clients

Willingness to learn and take initiative

Good organizational and event-management skills
