Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Noida (On-site, daily office commute)

Working Days - 6 days a week

Shift timings - 09:30AM to 06:30PM

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Engage with private school stakeholders via phone and email to pitch our SaaS products and curriculum solutions.
• Follow up with leads generated through digital campaigns and web-based prospecting.
• Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision timelines.
• Coordinate with the support team for demo scheduling.
• Update CRM systems with call details and lead progress.
• Share feedback with marketing and contribute to campaign effectiveness.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• 80-100 outbound calls per day
• 25-30 qualified leads per week
• Number of demos scheduled and conducted
• CRM data accuracy and timeliness
• Timely coordination with support and field teams
• Conversion from cold leads to qualified prospects
• Lead response time: under 2 hours
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Graduate
• Skills Required:
• Fluent English communication
• Telesales and lead qualification experience
• CRM knowledge and basic tech-savviness
• Familiarity with social media platforms (preferred)
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation abilities
