Inside Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Understand clients' budget, requirements and investment objectives.
• Explain real estate projects, pricing, payment plans, inventory and offers.
• Qualify leads and identify genuine buying/investment prospects.
• Schedule site visits, meetings and property presentations.
• Coordinate with the field sales team for client visits and meetings.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups until closure.
• Maintain accurate lead information and sales activity in CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and investors.
• Stay updated with Gurgaon real estate projects, market trends and pricing.
• Maintain a professional client experience throughout the sales process.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good command of English and Hindi.
• Confident in dealing with premium and luxury property clients.
• Comfortable making frequent calls and handling follow-ups.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Prior experience in real estate or other sales industries will be an advantage.
