About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, extroverted Inside Sales Executive to handle high-volume sales calling and lead follow-ups for international clients. You must have flawless spoken English and a strong drive to hit sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients and pitch solutions.
• Rigorously follow up with leads via phone and email to close sales.
• Understand client requirements, handle objections, and build relationships.
• Maintain call logs and track client status in the CRM.

Requirements

• Education: Convent-educated / English medium background.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English fluency with clear diction.
• Personality: Highly extroverted, confident, and persuasive over the phone.
• Shift: Comfortable working the 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST night shift.
• WFH Setup: Own laptop/PC, high-speed internet, noise-canceling headset, and a quiet workspace.
